Bavituximab is an engineered monoclonal antibody. There are "seed batches" which are introduced into a bioreactor where the right atmosphere promotes multiplication from my understanding. Weeks I believe to create a batch.

Bavituximab is stand alone now but may have additions to the mokecule as there are "arms" or "pylons" where an armament may be added.
