This is a HUGE play--and not a play-- a novel.

Wrong. GNCP is a chapter in the continuing saga of Lumb and Lowenthal, two South Africans who have found out that their scams have longer life in the USA than they did in their homeland. Want to know what the other chapters are named?

The novel might even be titled-- "Nuking Shorty."

And yet, according to FINRA, there are NO SHORTS IN GNCP!!!
