It is too an assumption... UNLESS you have factual data, do you? That's what I thought, you don't so it just and assumption....

Figure this.... There are perhaps 500 employees.. Each get 5,000 options... that equals 2.5m.... Then there are 5 directors on the board, each get 500k shares, that equals another 2.5m... The you have the CEO and COO as well as the CFO...so lets say they get 5m each... That's another 15m... now you are up to 20m more... and that's being very conservative and not considering any VC...

So I don't thinl the 7m that IC stated is anywhere close... Get real!!!
