Most likely multiple accounts, 1 shorts the other accumulates.. As they try and capitulate shareholders. The reality is there isn't that many shareholders to capitulate and all that is happening is the creation of stronger long positions... like yourself

How many here have accumulated 20, 50 or maybe 100 million shares???
Recent filing shows someone got 140+ million shares rumored at .0016

A couple dozen individuals could easily have 40-50% of the float. With insiders and MMs, hedgies accounting for the rest.

Explosive upside? Absolutely

What the circus is waiting on? Stem cells to the brain?
