Rich, somehow the public float went from 39mil. To well over 400mil. in a matter of about 6 months.


How do you suspect that happened? Are you stating that the BOD has sold that many shares into the market in 6 months?


Or......

Is it third party convertible notes converting that has increased the float by well over 1000% in the past few months??
