Well, since the filings are our source of info, perhaps it would be prudent to look at notes held by related party ($73,949). Any member of the BOD as well as any officers are related parties. That means the remaining convertible notes are held by non-related parties.

Those that enter with certainty, soon realize doubt; While those that enter with doubt, will discover certainty.
