Sorry to tell you Rich, that's 100% inaccurate. Part of the reason folks lose so much $$$ in diluting turds such as STLK is exactly that.......not understanding the filings or , better yet, adding to/ ad-libbing what the reality of is actually in the filings.

My opinions are just that......my opinions. Good luck to all investors/traders.
