Yeah, I dug up info from the U.S patents office. There is a Korean company called GoodNation. Among other things, they have a clothing line named Critic since the late 90's. They however, did not apply for trademark rights in the U.S until March of this year. They trademarked it with the second C in Critic backwards, however did patent the word mark Critic. I looked down the rabbit hole too far i think.
