Unfortunately, you have no choice: It will be 5-10 years before an Rx version is approved. And don't forget the big 'IF'-- If ever!

I agree that it should not be considered a drug in its natural form or natural quantities. It seems like a scam that it must go through such expensive advanced testing and trials, even though that will help protect the company's patents, and enhance the revenue stream. Sadly also, it will be much less expensive for consumers in Rx form, given public healthcare and Rx co-pays.

Given such an abundant compound in certain vegetables and plants, and most likely a modest efficacy profile in those naturally occurring amounts, seems extremely stupid to have to jump through so many hoops and over so many hurdles. Considering JW 'found' it, the science cannot not be considering complex and mind-blowing. I'd call it lucky at best, although it hasn't proved very lucky for shareholders.
