Rich.........You keep saying it was of benefit to shareholders that STLK reduced their huge amount of debt. And I would agree, if the means of doing that was not so destructive to those shareholders who were holding shares while it was and is being accomplished. It is not so much that they eliminated their debt, but how they did it. The evidence of that is the current share price. If investors agreed with your statement, shares would not be trading at a mere fraction of what they traded for when the debt elimination by STLK began.

Let's be real here. STLK is not generating any revenue, let alone any profit.. They are still at the mercy of Tarpon and Asher with regard to the ongoing dilution in the market place.

The end result will be a reverse split to make an investment attractive, as well as financing to grow their business. That, in addition to some revenue generation by the company will again draw some investors. But, that is not anywhere in the immediate future, in my opinion. The company is signing up vendors and sales people for their phone service product.

I suppose anyone could destroy the logic of what I have posted by taking things out of context or relying on semantics. But that only proves the desperation of a lack of facts or sound reasoning to dispute the logic.

In my opinion, trading or flipping this stock is a losing proposition until the debt has been eliminated. The ongoing current of shares flooding the market is just too strong, right now, to try and overcome.

Those that enter with certainty, soon realize doubt; While those that enter with doubt, will discover certainty.
