Fact. There was no foreclosure and Telogis bought substantially all assets directly from Remote Dynamics in a backdoor deal through their offshore entity in Oslo, Norway so they did not have to report it and to hide the illegal transaction from RMTD shareholders. Either Tina lied or the email is completely fake. The proof has all been validated between many reporting agencies such as Statemans and etc.
