This whole thing is a scam in my opinion. APRU says that the outstanding shares end December 2013 were 4.834 BILLION and at the end of June the outstanding was still at 4.834 BILLION. Only problem is in their financial statement APRU says they issued 400 MILLION shares to Guy Street on May 13, 2014 for debt conversion. That means the O.S. count should be 5.234 BILLION on June 30th.
The financials for APRU aren't worth the paper they are written on.
