shareholders need to start seeing some value come back to them and not management

I agree 100%.

IMO I don't care is Scott has loaned money to the company. He deserves to get it paid back when the company is able to but not with the first funds gained in a year.

Whatever happened here is Scotts fault. I am OK with him being out $50K The shareholders here are out a hell of a lot more than that and they need to get theirs back before the CEO rewards himself.

People tend to forget that the CEOs incompetence is what put this company in the gutter. It is great that someone decided to try to change things here but with Pumpy Penny stock interviews and 20% of the financing being given away I am not seeing much in the way of change.

I have said it before and I will say it again.

Everything we have been told to us by Dan has all been said before.
Words are cheap. Actions are needed to support any positive view.

So Far since Dan took over we have seen Dilution, A penny stock pump and a $50K give away.

We have SEEN nothing else.

We have had PRs that state exactly the same things as 6 year old PRs. Spin outs uplists audits ...ALL has been said before. What we have not had is tangible actions taken to move those statements closer to being facts.

To Dan if you are reading this board....

Shut your mouth and get one of the things you said you would do COMPLETE.
THEN talk about it.

No more worn out forward looking statements of intent.

Put out a PR in 30 days telling us what you have completed ONLY and not what you intend to do someday.

You are well aware that to shareholders of SRSR "Someday" never comes.

And in that PR.... Tell the shareholders why one of the officers needed $50K of the cash that was supposed to be used to move the company forward.

Once the PP was done and the share structure diluted that money was the shareholders money. It wasn't Scotts slush fund. Explain what you did with our money.

You are not obligated to tell us but the shareholders deserve more than "someone got 50K" if you want to say transparency is improved

Do something about that
