DUMB POST! If someone slanders you on the results of a faulty lab test, wouldnt you sue??????
The answer is a resounding YES
Obvious hatchet job, by a disgruntled ex employee.
They are in deep trouble.... to the tune of $100 million...
should provide for a nice boost in pps when MJNA kicks thier butts all around the court house and have to pony up all that cash.
I dont care how deep thier grass roots are... publishing faulty test results... see how fast all thier so called friends run... even now, before the court room thrashing they are going to take.
