yeah--more absurd is that we are expected to believe the rumor that the sec believed the rumor spread by , i'm sorry , "Russian " umm what are they?, oh yeah gansters...

one more time---russian gansters spread rumors about a penny stock and the sec was so stupid they believed the rumors--didnt look into them or anything--and just kneee-jerked reacted with a suspension.
so the sec called its buddies over at finra and dtcc and said --"hey we screwed up with kmag"--but instead of saying "ok--lets lift the suspension and put kmag back to the pinks"--they then in turn decided to conspire against kmag cause somewhere they found out about the naked shorts and wanted to keep them protected.--when did the naked shorts appear--and why is sec finra dtcc trying to help them--and ,,,,ummm really--this whole arguement falls apart under the weight of it's own hypothesies---well rumored hypothesies---e
