Supposedly he has hired two companies to promote MNGG, and is paying them in stock -

I have 2 companies one for 200 million and one for 300 million, one is for awareness and another is a mining small cap group to put new eyes on this one, so they have started and will do a PR release when it is ready to go out.

So, that's his excuse for needing to leave the AS over 8 billion.

The AS will go back up again, as needed.
