Strass, Great post. I hope you don't mind that I am reposting your opening line!!!


Too much "plausible deniability" going on with
riddles, birdies, speculations, extrapolations, and plain old
"what if's" all of which seem to take on a life of their own.

No offense to anyone with these next remarks, just being somewhat skeptical for my own good.

I am one who agrees that we should be able to read all posts and info and decide for ourselves what may be correct, but with our three mystery posters all doing there best to "guide" us, it is almost wierd how when one of them says something the board goes on hyperdrive in activity. I think sometimes the group carries scenarios way too far for the "mystery info" given.

I have to admit that when these mystery posters first came on the scene I too was caught up in "WOW this is great news". But at this point, I just as soon take some of "our" recognized respected posters thoughts. Will be great if all comes to fruition later but for now, something seems "fishy".

On the Sinopec front, I think we may have gotten the best partner for some reasons and I also think we got the worst partner for others. A different culture for sure and with plenty of money to operate how they want. But what about us. They do not care at all about us. No info coming from them really shows that they are for them.

I guess I am just frustrated because
-No news from ERHC, Zip- Nada
-No news from Sinopec Zip- Nada
-Mystery posters - leading us in many directions Thus leading to Strasses' comment of "all of which seem to take on a life of it's own"
-He_11, I even found myself agreeing with a couple of Maestros posts. Now I know something is wrong.
