I eliminated my position yesterday for a small loss. The risk versus reward does not add up for me. The downside if rehearing is not granted is far too great versus the potential upside if it is granted. I do look forward to playing it if rehearing is granted, and I may miss part of the pop if/when that happens, but I can live with that.I do hope rehearing is granted, and I believe it should be. I simply don't like the odds.
