correct me if im wrong but $50,000,000 worth of shares issued at par value would be 500 billion shares? are these shares typically issued at par value or market? $50 million worth of shares at .24 is still 200 million shares, which is almost half the float. massive dilution unless these guys sure their company is going somewhere
