Am I missing something here? This appears to be an 8-K for the acquisition of village tea. Can someone please fill me in on some details. I have read some of your guys' post and seem confused about what is up. Whatever it is, it sure in the heck looks good and hopefully this is the plan B behind the failure of the EIP Merger.
