Sorry bud, but I do not believe anything was ever going to have been built or funded. I truely believe it was just all a ploy to sell shares at this point.

Anyone can open up a little store. Now that it's been closed for over a year he still hasn't paid back taxes on the property.

What funding is he going to get when you don't pay your taxes???? NOTHING!
