Ok. Stupid question, but I'll risk it....
Is there a fund or etf, that promises(lol) to shift their mighty monies, in and out of things like TVIX, and inverse other things like XIV? This could be done either constantly during market days, or locked in for one day of market "risk", subject to change, the next day. Am I dreaming?
Wish I had sold TVIX while over 6 bucks, and plopped the money into XIV.....TIA
