In defense of my post which continues to be referenced it is important to note that I made it very clear that the reason why we were not mining or developing other areas of the site was because of the violent nature of Peter Valentine.

Peter Valentine has threatened to kill the directors of mabwe. All the infrastructure including roads and housing ran through the section that Peter valentine controlled. Since he is a violent man who has committed crimes as referenced in my posts, I made it clear that that was the reason why we were not pursuing our other opportunities on site.

As predicted, Peter Valentine has been defeated and we can now get back to business. The company did reference these legal issues in their reporting.

Today's a great day for all the investors in a very bad day for Peter Valentine.
