INCC-has-PRd-thatProsperousValley(grower)-will pay $12M-Annually to INCC....to do nothing but manage and implement a grow"system"

very unbelievable. Especially when other, similar grow plots pay less than $250K for the service....

This is 1 seriously held DOUBT in INCC's plan.... the claim is a thinly veiled uncompetitive bid for services....not good for public compnies
