as a newcomer am studying this niche and see a real opening for success...but it is all about management and operation, resources and speed.
There is no 'moat', no product market protection. It seems the first mover of scale and efficiency will grab the prize ..at least the first prize.
I see a great idea, great start, a coming together of like minded pros in the Char business. I dont yet see the mechanics of bringing this to market at a pace that right now screams i need to buy. I dont see the resources/funding to support a fast big growth (unless at further expense of shareholders), There SEEMS to be months of work to do still on pliot...and then a ? on next steps.
There seems to be no $$ in hand at the moment from any customer deal - only LOI of scale...tempting but still no $$ in hand.
There seems to be a reliance on dilution for funding, and at these levels will beg for a reverse unless serious $$ tips the scale/balance sheet. Are current buyers assured they are the / a priority? I have seen good companies grow...but at times at the expense of holders
I am positive - and have stuck a toe in over the last couple of weeks (this is new to me)...but to the question why aren't investors rushing at this?
If the CC and transparent actions fill in or deliver to some of these open questions/action needs then think we should see a huge influx of support and interest.
The question and evaluation (for me) lies now on the core business ability to get this to market fast and big with follow up and sound financial planning preserving shareholder interest.
Long and looking for the first daylight green shoots ($$)
