whomever was buying up shares the week after black monday, looks to have about 97 Million shares?

I know we talked all about this after last years voting and broker non-votes are basically shares held by some "entity" that are holding these shares in street name for the real owner. Who is the real owner is the question?

... that "entity" holding them should be registered with the SEC and I think the SEC recently changed its rules over the past year or two, that requires off shore accounts that they normally couldn't track, to offer up more information

Hell, I still wouldn't mind Millions of shares being frozen if they were in the know re: Fargo

Even Garnick yesterday mentions those events as being "Phase II trial was compromised in what happened last year"

Everyone is being as nice as they can... I'll just call it howh I see it: "SABOTAGE"

The FDA can right this ship and they certainly want to come out of this Ebola era as the shining knights. On an emergency basis, approve Bavi for Ebola, then the KOL's and other public authorities make their way in front of Millions on TV to explain straightforward the MOA of PS Targeting and then the pressure is on manufacturing

I think this is where the entire company is also working towards... making sure they can manufacture enough of a drug that will be in global demand when they decide the time is right

"Bavituximab is a first-in-class phosphatidylserine (PS)-targeting monoclonal antibody that is the cornerstone of a broad clinical
pipeline."
-- Big Pharmas nightmare... unless they are fortunate enough to have The Bavi Edge!
