Exactly and reason the big delay not only in FITX but others. As we know FITX will be one of the first under the revised MMPR licenses. HC has been learning from mistakes and if anyone doesn't believe me call them and ask for details on new processes. Also since 7/31 inspection document investors realize alot of construction has gone on inside the buildings since inspection. The other thing is do you believe all 1.3million pounds will be grown on that site negative IMO ;) They will have the capacity to import by growing in other countries at a cheaper price and using the facility there as a home base center IMO.
