On the interview with Sean Hannity (Fox) last night, Sean asked him verbatim "Has anyone from the government called you directly - as of recent?" The response was indirect, however the owner mentioned the DHS contract etc. and specifically said the Prototype was only available at this time and was intended to be available at "the end of 2015". HOWEVER, if you think about... with proper funding and investors, anything can be accelerated. So if Positive was to acquire a significant Federal contract etc, then production could obviously begin a lot sooner and expectation heightened.
