It would appear that the Dow site already has some facilities working in display technologies. It would appear that the site was dedicated to oled, but I could easily see them clearing some floor space for QD production to recoup some of their soon to be loses on a facility built for a tech that isn't going to pop. Dow has a site in Cheonan with multiple facilities, what exactly goes on within those walls?

Either way, once the Qmc sling-shot is released, assuming they don't break it by pulling it back to far, their shot will blow through both walls of any dow/nanoco facility.
