Yes I believe you are correct T. Our set up will be very similar to your photo, but a wee bit smaller.
We have two of those at the company I work for. 300x100ft. Took one day per slab of concrete, one week per hoop building as we call them to assemble.
I didn't see which company is doing the work but our part is very simple. The company installing the torrefaction machine may take time, as I know nothing about it or the process.
