This is the comment why there is a shortage of seed,
long-standing federal ban on shipping hemp seed across state lines.
If I remember correctly, this spring the government held the seed up and all the farmers might be afraid of that happening again next spring.

If the seed for DSCR next spring does not go thru that state, they will not have any problem getting seed.
