The fact that they r selling millions of shares as dilution. Doesn't anyone here understand how it works. 90M worth of shares, not out of John pocket, but newly created shares. Dilution. It makes the dollar value of the company dived by "X" amount of shares plus the new ones....

The price has to drop on value alone. See, that is where all of these indiviual sellers of their companeis were takien for a ride... Maybe not all as Tami sits on the board.. Other than that, shares become worth less....

Just sad that they take over, but not really, have revenue, but not really, own the companies, but not really.... ETC.... pathetic... Wosre off is people that sold to him, your buddy at buy time, your enemy in the end and court dates set...
