The Usa's biggest weakness is it's lack of decision making capabilities.
Right now the majority want it federally recreationally legalized but the stupid 40 percent of the country can't handle it because they live in the 1950s.
At least in Canada the banking system is set up and they agree medical MJ is legalized.
They agree the USA takes eons to do anything, unless it's War.
Therefore my conclusion is Canada Mj especially Abattis is the one that is positioned correctly it's in Canada with a foot in the door to the USA I'm Washington State with Phytalitics.
