Less than a month ago you were saying here that this lawsuit could be a big problem for LiveWire. I still agree with you. It will be a big problem. People who would rather litigate than work on creating something legitimate for shareholders to benefit from owning are never going to grow a valuable business.
Letting lawyers, civil litigation plaintiffs, regulators and law enforcement investigations eat up all the value of the business is insane.
Nobody who is honestly trying to grow a business would choose the path of conflict and deception. This is one of the problems with toxic debt financing -- management has no incentive to be honest because the toxic investor will continue to invest at any price, as long as there is still room for the price to fall and as long as the stock still trades.
I don't believe Asher is out of the picture, and I think it will take a law enforcement intervention to remove them because Bill wants Asher's money. The end result of this process is for 100x more money to be removed from retail brokerage accounts and market makers' pockets, that money goes to Asher for a job well-done.
