Kahn is dead, but I am sure you knew that!!! A few of our big wigs from Janus decided to take compensation in the tune of $191K, and cause us to keep the company afloat, due to flat sales, and no big contracts with Toxic financing, HOW LOVELY IS THAT!!! Guess they left the board, due to money arguments, YOU THINK???

I can just see how this went down...

Sam Wu, Gonzalez & Kim and David said: "We're going to be profitable for the very first time guys!!!"

Nelson & Peter said: "We've been waiting 4 years to get paid, and the stock is flat. David can do what he wants to do, but we want our money, since you guys got our company for a worthless stock!!!"

The Board responded unanimously: "You are going to ruin us all, and the future was just looking bright, until now!!!"

The Janus crew: "We want our money and that is that!!! Take it our leave it, or we are outta here!!!"

Board: "Get the F__K out of here, and don't let the door hit you on your way out!!!"

Janus: "We'll do as we please, you can't control us any longer!!!"

Board: "Guys, we better find another company to merge with fast, BUT IN THE MEAN TIME, let's do this INSANE DEAL with the DEVIL, so we can keep the company afloat, and treat this company as a cash cow for us, just in case things don't pan out!!!"

I am so saddened by what has become of a promising venture, and frankly, I don't get it!!! Am I missing something???

Why is David Choi no longer working for Janus, when he was for years???

Why is he a sub contractor for Janus now???

What happened to the two amazing brothers, Nelson & David Choi who I knew back in the days???

What has happened to my dearest Peter Park???

GREED GETS US NO WHERE FAST!!!!!

Unless you wish to ruin us all longs here, and then do a reverse stock split, to get the stock back up, I don't see anything promising on the horizon, even though the stock is still holding tight, but for how long???
