you noticed that illegal pps tactic too???...90K+ got transferred from one acct to another (same MM, within same brokerage) in order to give the illusion of a lower pps (.0091) and scare off some shares, induce selling....It bypassed the higher .0097 bid...

just like VNDM being placed at .0106 ask yesterday/today..it's meant to give the ILLUSION of dilution, when everyone knows there is NO dilution policy in place (per company)...PROOF POSITIVE of silly puppy games
