Allow me to make this really simple to understand:

1. There is a very clear reason why the chill was placed down on LVGI.
2. This chill will be lifted only when the agency is completely satisfied and the agency deems LVGI is worthy of trading publicly again. Anything short of that will keep LVGI chilled.
