CARINI........ I do like your synopsis and it is good reading with ACCURACY. Should your POST become FACT then IMHO we will have a very SHORT WINDOW of opportunity here. I expect a very LONG winter before this would or even could become a R/S candidate.

So, BMM's logic is to.......P&D the stock, RAPE the profits and existing shareholders, TANK the PPS and even get paid $30K to boot to do it.........such a deal!! That company has my vote for CON ARTIST of the year along with about 98% of the others!!

I still question just HOW Scott came to know Fife and what relationship the both of them have had in the past. That would or could be INTERESTING reading material..... I have not found both their names together yet in all my digging.

Everyone knows that when most pink sheet stock shares outstanding DOUBLE in a year or so that the CEO is living off of the shareholders and/or trading shares for their credit line if they have one. Yes, we have that happening here.

Revenue numbers are NO WHERE NEAR where they should be to even come close to supporting the amount of DEBT PAYMENTS Scott has to make. Unfortunately that number appears to just keep growing each time he hands them out.

To expect a huge or even consistent buyback, IMHO is NOT going to be a reality but to expect that R/S.......that my friend will be a GIVEN just as soon as Scott can come up with a way to do it and not put the BLAME on him.

I personally suspect him to " hint " of a buyout in the works by 2nd quarter 2015, go silent for a few weeks, then do the R/S and then....... OOPS, the " deal " fell through. Been on one of those " rides " before and it is NOT pretty for shareholders and is usually when the CEO " exits stage left " on shareholders shortly thereafter.

Scott's dream to SELL SEEK may be a reality next year but I still question just how bad the shareholders may get hit by doing or attempting it. We all KNOW what a R/S does to a stocks PPS 99% of the time.
