Considering they [management] cannot legally sell their shares until certification, it does not make sense for them to raise the authorized shares unless it was required for them to fund certification.

And I can assure you, the FAA will crush them like a grape if they end up scamming anyone.

Also - management cannot just dump their stock into the open market. There are rules set by the SEC and Baltia's by-laws that restrict the % of their shares they can sell every fixed period. This is a very good thing for investors to know.
