Probably because he realizes, like everyone else has, that it doesn't really matter when the Co (BW) is issuing (i.e. Diluting) about a MILLION Shares for every case of KU that WM is reordering! LMFAO!

Life Is Good....When each case of KU = 1,000,000 SHARES of BBDA issued!
