i jump to conclusions? you think over three years of lack of easy evidence for JR to provide is jumping to a conclusion? you seem like a level headed person but that is where you are mistaken……i had massive amounts of patience and "belief" with JR………i certainly have come a conclusion but you are mistaken that i jumped to it………JR could have easily kept me as a shareholder…..all he had to do was do maybe one thing he said he was…..or provide and actual client list…or maybe the audited fins that he promised for almost 3 years now……….

you an deal with anyone you like….actual stake holders or people who believe in the bogey man….i ike to deal with people who are level headed and see the facts for what they really are………..

the fact is JR knows why he was suspended and why his 211 was denied……..he knows if his fins are audited and what the numbers are…. he knows if he has customers or not……..and he just doesn't feel that he needs to inform shareholders of things he already knows…….

i won't even go whether his business is legit or not………but his lack of concern of this shareholders is beyond disturbing……not one shareholder has provided a single shred of evidence that KMAG is legit…….and that is because jeff has chosen it to be that way
