RE:Deformation of a business is a crime! But only when said business is performing profitably and becomes "injured" by the Defamation!
(Correctly spelled by the way, wink-wink!)

Furthermore, it isn't "Defamation" (wink!), if select words used to describe a company is/are "True" to the actual performance of said company in question!

Given the definition of Defamation, being;
The action of damaging the good reputation of a business, (in this particular case.)
In that, the statement must be false, caused harm, and was made without adequate research into the truthfulness of said statement(s) made.

This is why PINKS are likely never qualified to argue deformation claims, because on average, they're poor performers unto themselves and frequently causes monetary injuries (Often intentionally and/or knowingly deceptive) to their investors/shareholders who've entrusted in them on good faiths of claims made by insiders of said pinksheet companies.

This can be immediately verified by the number of Pinksheet Companies throughout the entire stock market that have become all but that of which they've claimed of themselves to drive the sales of their company shares.

But if a company is performing profitably and "THEN" someone comes alone and "Bashes" them, or "defames" them to thereby cause injuries leading to their losses, then all bets are on!

With proof to boot!

However, where TDEY fits in all of this, can only be determined by TDEY's own performance!

Care to review their track records from past to present?
