tim howard can now beat the drum, dig up info from public domain, call his friends and introduce them to fairlhome, better way, imo. why is he in hiding anyways? just writing a book doesn't do it. i am sure he can advise fairlhome where and what to look for.
i do not think sweeney is in politics, she is fair. if you want to validate, go ahead and file the same for another person intimately familiar with operations of fannie mae and see if she approves. i bet she will.
fairlhome needs to take full advantage of the discovery process and do it quickly. sweeney could have behaved like lamberth but she did not. i think the moment defendants realize fairlhome have the documents, they will settle in 24 hours and no more, why create a circus, right. i would not be surprised if this happens before nov elections...
as far as selling tomorrow, it likely will. i am not selling as investment thesis is same: they are making money and it is there, somewhere. think of it this way, there will be more folks jumping in to buy, more investors, they will create more noise, more spreading of wealth, all good.
