So let me ask you...

If you have 2.157 Billion restricted DUTV....

2.448 restricted PTEL...

168 Million scribed TORQ shares

and a SS of 5 billion...

Isn't the Float 227 million...

Now what if 80% of that 227 Million was in non self clearing brokerages and 168 million was over sold...

Seems to me you would have a function float of about 59 million until you got to $2 per share at which time the 168 million scribed TORQ shares might become available...
