Agreed on CALI, need to get my sh*t together as so many of these are so beaten down that they could be nice gainers on the slightest hint of good news.
For whatever reason, probably just the chart, $XUE is looking interesting here to me though I really don't know what the catalyst would be aside from possible chart bottoming and recent outperformance of $IWM vs other US indices (seems the US listed smallies track US small caps closer than anything overseas). At some point, I think some groups might just realize these are vulnerable to nice pop at these levels...maybe that could be a catalyst for the micros.
