All that's needed is one contract of Physical that can't be delivered, and it's Game Over for the paper shorts.
Since most of you are aware that the Comex is in short supply, and the monthly production of silver is being bought up, it's just a matter of time, which IMHO, is not very far away. The FIRST contract labeled 'Failure to Deliver' will be the shot heard around the world.

From then on, take anybody's estimate you want, but it will be a game changer. Silver will Rule. It will outperform Gold.
