Seriously,it has nothing to do with any of your reasons or perceived reasons.

I believe that mhtx will continue to channel along pretty much where it is, bumping up on PR's and giving back gains as people become frustrated and antsy waiting for new contracts and revenues.

mhtx is a thinly traded stock without institutional support of any kind. My own opinion and the conclusion is that individual investors are virtually irrelevant to the stock or your so called "market".

mhtx does not have institutional investors at the current time and until they do, it is going to be a thinly traded stock. Institutional investors get access that an individual investor can only dream about. When you see institutional investors starting to accumulate the pps will head north. When the institutional investors cut back on their holdings or get out, the pps craters. The individual investors (except for hunchboy) who think that they can influence the pps are like fleas on the back end of an elephant with strong amorous intentions on their mind, not of mutual consent. It is either not going to happen or will not be noticed by the elephant.

Institutions investors and revenues will be the key here.

Dilution will always occur without substantial revenues, if a small public company like mhtx is to be successful. I have no fear of dilution if it is for the right reasons. Continuing to improve the technology is a good reason.
