You may very well be right. I do not find a lot of PR's that qualifies as Gil "hyping" versus reporting a business intention... which... is a common business practice when companies are "in talks"... it fell through... also common business occurrence... Is it really hype or just publicly acknowledging a business exploration? I get all alerts and find only a few PR's - and not all originate from this horrid CEO... (who might indeed be a crook -but neither you or I know that)
Additionally, a good player, with a steel business ethic, keeps his cards close... in order to protect himself, and from competitors... this company has been a hot mess for quite a bit... he was an interim who stuck his neck out to help turn it around....
When a freight train has picked up speed in the wrong direction.. takes a bit to stop it and then turn it around and get it up and going again.. we might see trips... that does not translate to "SCAM"... its business.... its the market.... its sentiment... and you could be right... it could turn out to be fraud... maybe its a tax write off for the office holders who knows - the point is... you don't know... and the blah blah blah of "theft, scam, fraud, and other "Feelings and Emotions"..... cannot be quantified or substantiated in context of the overall market performance in context of the economic environment...and in context of this forum and shareholders outlook.... (imho as always)
