Janice - fwiw, the attorney I'm speaking about is a corporate attorney in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Years ago he represented my company in negotiations for a buyout, and later also represented me thru my divorce. He made money both times, while I basically broke even, ha ha!

I'll wait and listen to what he says. I may have caught him off-guard by turning serious today, so it's possible he may have been blowing hot air.
