Many facts to back it up with, just look at WNTR's history over the last year with a bombardment of PR's that have done nothing for share price, record revenues plus being debt free....have done nothing for share price and then look at the history of the PPS over the last year and then tell me there is something here.


Oh, I forgot major dilution that has gone on for over a year and continues to go on.

I believe those are more than enough pieces of verifiable evidence for this stock.

And finally Frank has a very peppered history mostly negative
